How to help customers choose the right products?
First of all, we need to know what equipment the customers need, detailed requirements, and where the equipment will be used (the application environment determines whether we choose cold resistant parts or heat resistant parts).
What about the product warranty?
Our products are offered with 3-year warranty (36 months). The period of warranty will be appropriately extended when customer places an order of large quantities.
How to meet the demand of spare parts and wear parts after sales?
Each of our equipment is provided with 3 sets of equipment filters and 3 sets of wear parts.
What about the production cycle?
Our production cycle typically lasts from 15 to 25 days, depending on the order quantities.
What are your EXW/FOB/CFR/CIF quotations?
Our quotation is quite different from those fixed quotations of most manufacturers like well-known brands and government-owned enterprises who are more profitable.
What are your payment methods?
We accept TT (telegraphic transfer) and LC (letter of credit). For the first cooperation, the advance payment has to be TT.
