- A: First of all, we need to know what equipment the customers need, detailed requirements, and where the equipment will be used (the application environment determines whether we choose cold resistant parts or heat resistant parts). Secondly, we will take the time to listen customers' needs of the equipment configurations regarding all aspects of color, appearance, engine, gearbox, tire, hydraulic pump, divider valve, cabin, operating system (mechanical/hydraulic), air conditioner, heating unit, protective cover, attachments, etc. If customers are struggling to identify the correct parts, our experts are delighted to help, ensuring that the project runs on their budget.
- Q: What about the product warranty?
- A: Our products are offered with 3-year warranty (36 months). The period of warranty will be appropriately extended when customer places an order of large quantities.
- Q: How to meet the demand of spare parts and wear parts after sales?
- A:
- Each of our equipment is provided with 3 sets of equipment filters and 3 sets of wear parts.
- We have freight facilitates at logistics terminals in multiple countries including Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Romania, Chile, Panama, Colombia, Mexico, South Africa, UAE and Canada, allowing us to transport and deliver cargos in a timely manner.
- 80% of our spare parts are standard parts which can be easily found in the market.

- Q: What about the production cycle?
- A: Our production cycle typically lasts from 15 to 25 days, depending on the order quantities.
- Q: What are your EXW/FOB/CFR/CIF quotations?
- A: Our quotation is quite different from those fixed quotations of most manufacturers like well-known brands and government-owned enterprises who are more profitable.
The reasons that we offer variable quotes:
1. We always keep in low profits to earn the ongoing trust of our customers. Our product prices decrease when there is a fall in the price of raw materials, and increase when raw material costs are rising. The validity of each quote lasts for 5 working days.
2. Considering that the exchange rate changes every day, we have to determine the transaction currency and the exchange rate.
3. When it comes to a CIF price, the quote can vary due to various factors such as changing transport costs at different times, different ways of transportation, as well as different equipment to be transported.
- Q: What are your payment methods?
- A: We accept TT (telegraphic transfer) and LC (letter of credit). For the first cooperation, the advance payment has to be TT.
- Q: How about your after-sales service?
- A: We have built long-term cooperative partnerships with world's renowned companies such as Cummins, Isuzu, Weichai, Shanghai Diesel Engine, Xinchai and Zhongchai, which means we have the ability to provide after-sales service for global customers. We also welcome distributors who have the capabilities of equipment maintenance and testing to cooperate with us.
- Q: Can your equipment be added with an attachment or a function?
- A: For the requests of adding equipment attachments or functions, our combined team of seasoned professionals from designing and assembling departments will work intimately to accomplish concept validation, preliminary design and estimation within 3-5 working days. Of course, we will also tell customers when the task exceeds our ability to cope.
- Q: Can your equipment be made with customer's designated color?
- A: We can make our equipment with almost all colors, except military green and special colors of peacekeeping equipment.
- Q: Can your equipment be added with customer's individual advertisements?
- A: It is possible to add customer's advertisements on the equipment (customer needs to provide the Letter of Authorization).
- Q: Do you provide OEM service?
- A: We are happy to cooperate with customers who are looking for a trustworthy OEM manufacturer, and sign confidentiality agreements.
- Q: Can customer become your agent, distributor or exclusive agent?
- A: Yes, but we have to evaluate customer's expertise, sales and after-sales capabilities.
- Q: Will you give your distributor the rights of decision making for your brand in a particular area?
- A: If the customer has an absolute strength, we can satisfy customer's requirements and provide authorization.
- Q: Will you give your agent an exclusive right to sell a certain product in a particular area?
- A: If the customer has good sales strength, we can satisfy customer's requirements.
- Q: Can you manufacture the equipment with functions adapted to customer preferences?
- A: Our true specialty lies in customizing any equipment to meet the customer's specific needs of equipment types, functions, quantities, markets and brands. Our manufacturing facility incorporates a combination of experienced teams from designing, engineering and assembling. Apart from those standard equipment that are common in the market, we can also supply customer-specific models which deviate from the standard types in exclusive functions. We are dedicated to serving our customers by thoughtful designing, perfect configuration and reasonable quotation.
- Q: How to ensure the safety of the transaction?
- A:
- The contract can include a clause, i.e. the buyer will be compensated when a breach of contract occurs, and the penalty is clearly stipulated.
- We can ask a third party such as SGS company to execute inspection, verification and testing processes.
- We can apply transaction reports at our government department – China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
- If the conditions permit, the transaction can be reported to the embassy.
